All
products are warranted for replacement or refund for 30 days from the
invoice date except for CPU, memory, and
refurbished products. CPU, memory, and refurbished products are warranted for 7 days from the invoice date, but all software can not be returned, no refund and replacement for software. After this period, all products must be handled directly by
the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty.
Due
to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells, shrink
wrap, special seals, or other types of
packaging that sustains damage when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been OPENED. 35% restocking fee applies to all servers returned (without defective problems) in 30 days after sold. No return is
acceptable after three months
of sold, only parts replacement for the defective parts of the sold servers
within the
warranty period. Warranty is VOID for any products with evidence of physical damage (missing/bent pins, burnt, cracked, chipped
package, broken connectors,
etc.).
